M-First Series is a pet project of M-Solution Consulting International. M-First Series is an annual leadership training programme for Muslim first class graduates in Nigeria designed to horn their skills and create inroads for them in the world, so that their prestigious qualifications are not wasted.

The maiden edition was held with 17 participants from various institutions across the country between 11th – 13th of august, 2017 at Primal hotel and Resort, GRA, Ikeja.

The participants were taken through the following areas:

  1. Critical Thinking
  2. Goal Setting
  3. Core Competence
  4. Opportunities and Networking
  5. Job Interviews and Negotiation
  6. What Worked for Me?

They were also exposed to different captains of industries and academia who guided them in developing a five-year career plan. Speakers at the 2017 events were:
